APPLICATION

Suitable for laminating, slitting and rewinding various adhesive tapes. Especially for foam tape.

Calendar or Laminating Rolls		1. 150mm diameter silicone covered rolls 2. Roller gap adjustable up to 50mm by means of hand wheel or similar. Digital height indicators at each end of roll to show gap. 3. Both rolls driven by AC variable frequency drive. Speed range from 0-60 feet per minute
Rewind Unit		1. 3" Diameter pneumatic expansion shaft 2. Safety chucks on both ends with manual lateral adjustment capability 3. Driven by variable speed AC motor 1.5 KW. 4. Material specifications same as unwind (1600mm Width / 1200mm OD)
